·        Kettlebell finished in heavy duty gloss black E-coating, providing higher chip and scratch resistance than most coating options, while still retaining a good grippy feel;

·        Adjusts to every weight between 12 and 32 kilograms in one kilogram increments except for 13kg and 31kg i.e. nineteen Kettlebells in one;

·        Pro Grade body and handle shape for great performance and control;

·        Seven cast iron weight plates inside the shell: 3x 2kg; 2x 3kg; 2x 4kg

All integrated weight plates are keyed onto a threaded shaft and secured with a nut and an Allen key. The kettlebell has all the necessary tools to adjust the weight as easily as possible and keep it securely locked in place for trouble-free exercise.
